According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Wednesday evening, Kevin Hissam, 37, of DeGraff, ran a stop sign while traveling westbound on Township Road 45 at County Road 31 South, striking the driver’s side of a vehicle operated by Westley Hurley, 39, of Sidney.
Hurley was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Mac-O-Chee EMS with minor injuries.
Hissam was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device in connection with the accident.
