Ashley Diles, 34, of Columbus, was arrested on Tuesday, following reports of reckless driving involving a white Toyota on State Route 117.

Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the call and found Diles parked at the Marathon Gas Station in Huntsville.

Upon making contact with her, law enforcement noted signs of impairment.

When questioned about illegal substances in her vehicle, Diles appeared nervous and eventually consented to a search.

During the search, officers discovered various drug-related items, including needles, glass pipes, straws, and vials, as well as a clear bag containing suspected crack cocaine, which Diles confirmed.

Additional suspected crack was found in her shoe, and foil believed to contain fentanyl was located in her money pouch.

The drugs were tested at the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, confirming 6.3 grams of crack cocaine and an undetermined amount of fentanyl.

Diles was arrested and booked into the Logan County Jail on charges of possession of drugs.
