Saturday afternoon the Bellefontaine Police Department hosted its 11th annual Community Safety Event.
Several other law enforcement agencies were at the event, including the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Washington Township, Russells Point, Columbus, ODNR, and many more.
Folks of all ages were in attendance and enjoyed K9 demonstrations, bounce houses, a chicken dinner and were able to chat with lots of law enforcement.
Over 500 chicken dinners were sold, and the event raised upwards of $8,000 for the K9 program in Bellefontaine.
