Logan County Treasurer Rhonda Stafford has announced the launch of a new online payment system, making it easier than ever for property owners to pay their taxes from the comfort of their own homes.

The system is now live and available through the updated website HERE.

This new platform offers a simple and secure way for residents to stay up-to-date with their tax payments.

Property owners can search for their property by name, address, or parcel number, view current charges, check payment history, and even print their tax bill.

A unique Levy Distribution feature also allows users to see exactly where their tax dollars are going, providing added transparency.

Treasurer Stafford expressed her commitment to improving the service: “The Treasurer and staff are dedicated to providing efficient, transparent, and accessible services to all residents. With the online payment system, property owners can now easily manage their taxes, saving time and reducing the need for in-person visits,” said Stafford

The online system offers several payment methods, including electronic checks, credit cards, and debit cards.

The associated fees are as follows:

  • Electronic Check: $1.00 (unlimited transactions)
  • Credit Card: 2.35% of the transaction amount (minimum fee: $2.00)
  • Debit Card: 2.35% of the transaction amount (minimum fee: $2.00)

To make a payment:

  1. Search for Your Parcel: Use the search bar on the website to find your property by owner name, address, or parcel number.
  2. Add Payment to Cart: After locating your parcel, select “Add to Cart” under current charges and choose the payment amount (e.g., 1st Half Due, Full Year Due, or enter your own amount).
  3. Pay Multiple Parcels: You can add multiple parcels to your cart if needed, but be sure to add each parcel individually to avoid penalties.
  4. Checkout: Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  5. Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method and complete your transaction.
  6. Confirmation: After payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records. Please allow 2-3 business days for payments to be reflected.

The new system is designed to offer Logan County residents a more convenient way to manage their property taxes. For more information, visit the Treasurer’s website HERE.
