Our very own Logan County Courthouse is in the spotlight this week.
On Tuesday, the Ohio Channel released its latest short documentary in the Seats of Justice series, featuring the courthouse right here in Bellefontaine.
The courthouse was first completed in 1870, just five years after the Civil War.
It has stood for generations as a centerpiece of downtown Bellefontaine.
The Seats of Justice series explores the history, culture, and stories behind Ohio’s county courthouses.
The documentary features Todd McCormick from the Logan County History Center, retired Judge Doug Chamberlain, and Judge Kevin Braig.
