A crash involving a van and an Amish horse and buggy was reported Wednesday morning just before 10:00 AM on State Route 47 West.
According to the report, a 2021 Ford Transit van operated by 49-year-old Jeremy Meadows, of Eaton, was traveling westbound in the 8500 block of State Route 47 when it rear-ended a horse and buggy.
The buggy was driven by 34-year-old Henry Wagler of DeGraff.
A 5-year-old boy was also riding in the buggy.
Wagler and the child were transported by Indian Lake EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for possible injuries.
Meadows was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
