On Friday afternoon, Logan County deputies responded to a crash on State Route 540 involving a 2012 Chevy Impala driven by 23-year-old McKenzie Deann-Clark of Bellefontaine.
According to the report, Deann-Clark was driving eastbound when she left the roadway and struck a culvert.
She and her 7-year-old passenger were taken to Mary Rutan Hospital by Tri Valley EMS with suspected minor injuries.
Deann-Clark was cited for failure to control her vehicle.
