Crossley Charged with Possession,Trafficking, and Tampering

Jamar Crossley, 36, of Columbus, was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail Wednesday afternoon.

Bellefontaine Police stopped Crossley because the window tint on his vehicle was too dark.

Crossley then permitted officers to search his vehicle.

An unidentified passenger told officers that Crossley had handed her a baggie with a white powdery substance in it when the duo was stopped.

She gave officers the baggie which was later tested as 12.28 grams of cocaine.

Nothing else illegal was found in the vehicle.

Crossley was charged with possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, and tampering with evidence.

The passenger was released from the scene.
