As spring is right around the corner, so is daylight savings time.
On Sunday, March 10th, you should move your clocks forward one hour at 2 a.m.
Most phones will automatically adjust the time, but be sure to change your house clocks and probably your car clock.
The first time change was in 1908, to allow more sunlight in the evening.
Daylight savings affects many Americans with later sunsets and less sleep the day before.
Warmer temperatures are here, enjoy the extended sunshine.
