According to a report from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, 68-year-old Ronald O’Brien of DeGraff was involved in a single-vehicle crash on Wednesday afternoon on State Route 508.
Deputies say O’Brien was driving a 2024 white Honda CR-V just after 2:00 p.m. when he went off the left side of the roadway and came to rest in a cornfield.
He was transported by West Liberty EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for possible injuries.
Authorities noted that O’Brien may have been ill at the time of the crash.
A passenger in the vehicle was not injured.
