The Logan County Sheriff’s Office handled a pair of crashes on Monday.
The first happened shortly after 8 a.m. at the intersection of Township Road 182 and County Road 5.
Deputies report that Ashley Peters, 18, of Bellefontaine, was stopped at the intersection in her 2011 Mazda A3.
She then pulled forward into the path of a 2020 GMC Savana driven by David Harvey, 61, of Columbus, striking the side of his vehicle.
Peters was cited for failure to yield, and no injuries were reported.
The second crash happened just before 2:30 p.m. on County Road 10.
A 2014 Dodge Avenger, driven by Jack LaRue, 71, of Bellefontaine, was traveling west when he attempted to turn into a driveway.
Deputies say he drove into the path of an eastbound 2016 Jeep Patriot, operated by Abbie Field, 31, of East Liberty.
LaRue was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
No injuries were reported, but both vehicles were towed from the scene.
