The Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a pair of crashes on Sunday morning.
The first occurred just after 5:00 a.m. when a 1998 Acura CL, driven by Nathan Beach, 39, of Huntsville, was traveling northbound on Township Road 56.
Beach went off the roadway and struck a utility pole, suffering suspected minor injuries.
He was cited for failure to control.
Later that morning, just before 11:00 a.m., a 2008 Ford F-350 driven by Joseph Johnson, 32, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, was traveling eastbound on County Road 200 in the 400 block when it went off the left side of the road, hitting a utility pole and several trees before coming to a stop.
Johnson was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Mac-O-Chee EMS for suspected minor injuries and was also cited for failure to control.
His vehicle was towed from the scene.
