The Logan County Sheriff’s Office reports two separate crashes over the weekend.
On Friday, just before 8:00 p.m., a 2010 Honda Fit driven by Kathleen Browning, 44, of Georgetown, Indiana, was traveling eastbound on County Road 5 when she failed to stop at a stop sign.
Her vehicle collided with a 2017 Honda Accord operated by Ethan Snedley, 31, of Bellefontaine, who was traveling northbound on County Road 1.
Snedley’s vehicle left the roadway and rolled onto its roof in a ditch.
He was checked at the scene by Mac-O-Chee EMS for possible injuries.
Browning was cited for a stop sign violation, and both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Then on Sunday, just after 3:00 p.m., deputies responded to a crash on State Route 235 in Lakeview.
A 2010 Ford Fusion driven by 17-year-old Rayne Nichole of Harrod was traveling south when she crossed into oncoming traffic and left the roadway on a curve.
Her vehicle rolled onto its roof in the ditch.
Nichole was transported by Indian Lake EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital with suspected serious injuries.
