On Wednesday night, Washington Township Police responded to a domestic dispute at a home on Lake Drive.
Officers arrived at the scene and spoke with the victim, who reported being physically assaulted by his live-in girlfriend, Michelle Campbell, 49.
The victim explained that during the incident, Campbell physically attacked him and destroyed his cell phone while he was trying to call 911.
He had visible injuries and said he feared for his life, telling officers that he was concerned Campbell might kill him.
Campbell was arrested at the scene without further incident and transported to the Logan County Jail.
She faces felony charges of domestic violence and disrupting public services.
