Tuesday night, members and friends of the Downtown Bellefontaine Partnership gathered for their annual meeting to celebrate another year of growth, collaboration, and community impact in the heart of Bellefontaine.
The organization thanked Andrea Wrocklage for her leadership as President for the past two years, and welcomed Jessica Simmons as the new President.
Simmons shared updates and noted that the search is currently on for the next Downtown Event Coordinator, along with expanded opportunities for volunteers and sponsors in 2026.
Simmons shares her passion:
Downtown Days is how the Partnership brings downtown Bellefontaine to life.
Through events, experiences, and community-driven energy, Downtown Days helps make the downtown area a place where people connect, businesses thrive, and memories are made.
Behind it all, the Downtown Bellefontaine Partnership—a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization—works to champion local commerce, foster collaboration between public and private partners, and preserve the charm that makes the city special.
By powering Downtown Days, the organization supports small businesses, celebrates local culture, and creates opportunities that enrich the quality of life for everyone who lives, works, and visits the area.

Volunteers, described as the “heartbeat” of the organization, play a vital role year-round.
From festivals and holiday traditions to cleanup days and business support, volunteers help make Downtown Bellefontaine a welcoming place.
The Downtown Bellefontaine Partnership thanked every business, partner, member, and volunteer who contributes their time, talent, and energy, helping make the downtown area a destination the community can be proud of.
Looking ahead, the organization has big plans for 2026 and encourages the community to follow them on social media HERE.
