Tyson Walther, 44, of Huntsville, is facing Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI) charges following a single-vehicle rollover crash Saturday afternoon, according to the Washington Township Police Department.

Police say the crash occurred on County Road 37 when Walther claimed he swerved to avoid a dog in the roadway.

He then went off the road, overcorrected, and overturned his vehicle, which came to rest on its side.

Walther refused medical treatment for minor injuries at the scene.

After failing several field sobriety tests, he was arrested and taken to the Logan County Jail.

He was later released to a sober driver.

In addition to the OVI charge, Walther is facing multiple pending traffic violations.
