Megan Wilcox, 28, of West Liberty, was cited for assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon.
Lindsey Watkins, 42, of Bellefontaine, was stopped in traffic on US 68 when Wilcox rear-ended her.
Both were transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Macochee EMS for minor injuries.
