According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, a single-vehicle crash happened Wednesday shortly after 3 p.m. on County Road 25.
A 2014 Ford Escape driven by Kristi Justin, 35, of Bellefontaine, ran off the right side of the road.
The vehicle struck a lean-to and a power pole before coming to rest after hitting a culvert.
Justin was transported by Tri-Valley EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
She was also cited for failure to control.
The Ford Escape sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
Deputies reported that speed and road conditions were not a factor in the crash.
