A failure to yield while making a left turn led to a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon on South Main Street in Bellefontaine.
The crash happened just before 1:00 p.m. when a 2026 Honda Civic, driven by 37-year-old Daniel Sisneros of Urbana, was traveling northbound and attempted to make a left turn.
According to the Bellefontaine Police Department, the Honda entered the path of a southbound 2017 Cadillac CT6 driven by 59-year-old Robin Karmeen of Urbana.
The two vehicles collided, causing damage to both.
Police determined Sisneros was at fault for failing to yield the right of way and issued him a citation.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
