The Logan County Grand Jury met this week and handed down the following indictments:
- Vicki L. Cooper – Two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2), one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F2), and a specification for forfeiture of an automobile in a drug case.
- Franklin E. Hurley – Two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2 and F3), one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F2), and a specification for forfeiture of an automobile in a drug case.
- Chad M. Knueve – Charges include Grand Theft (F4), Breaking and Entering (three counts, F5), Tampering with Evidence (F3), Theft from a Person in a Protected Class (F4), Theft (F5), multiple forfeiture specifications for vehicles and property, and a three-year firearm specification.
- Paul M. D. Anderson – Five counts of Rape (F1) and two counts of Pandering Sexually-Oriented Matter Involving a Minor or Impaired Person (F2).
- Corey R. Wood – Breaking and Entering (F5) and Theft (M1).
- Austin D. E. Clem – Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5).
- Kevin J. Lycans – Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence (F4) and Driving Under OVI Suspension (M1).
- David C. Taggart – Possession of Cocaine (F5) and Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M4).
- Benjamin M. E. Hood – Theft (F5).
- April R. Tuttle – Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F5).
- Charlene L. King – Theft (F5).
- Sarah N. Moro – Aggravated Possession of Drugs (F3) and Tampering with Evidence (F3).
- Dustin J. Sconfienza – Breaking and Entering (F5).
- Marcus A. Hagans – Two counts of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide (F2 and F3).
- Roger D. Spangler – Two counts each of Domestic Violence (M1) and Strangulation (F3).
(F1 through F5 refer to felony levels, with F1 being the most serious; M1–M4 refer to misdemeanor levels.)
These cases will proceed through the Logan County Common Pleas Court, and all defendants remain presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
