Bellefontaine will host its Holiday Home Tour this Saturday, giving visitors the chance to tour homes decorated for the holiday season while supporting Raising Arrows, a local nonprofit serving foster and kinship families in Logan County.
Check-in for the tour will take place from 4 to 5 p.m. at Raising Arrows, 613 Hamilton St., where guests can also sponsor a family in need.
The self-guided tour will feature at least eight homes, including historic houses and newer builds, open from 4 to 8 p.m.
Additional activities during the evening include complimentary hot cocoa at Allways Brewing, 200 W Columbus Ave, from 4 to 8 p.m., a live choir performance at The Maxwell Events, 233 S Main St., from 6 to 7 p.m., and an after-party with holiday music by Darcy Law from 8 to 9 p.m. at the same location.
Proceeds from the event will help Raising Arrows provide support for local families, including funding Columbus Zoo memberships for children in foster and kinship care.
Event Director Kristie Herlong said the tour combines community engagement with support for families in need, offering a way for residents and visitors to participate in local charitable efforts while enjoying seasonal décor.
