Police say several people were arrested after a drug investigation at a Bellefontaine home recently.
According to the Bellefontaine Police Department, officers from the Bellefontaine Police and deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office recently served a search warrant at a house in the 600 block of West Sandusky Avenue.
Officers knocked and announced themselves, but no one answered the door.
Police then forced entry and ordered everyone out of the home.
Police detained 40-year-old Randall Lourance, 39-year-old Christian Irving, and 33-year-old Quinten Turner.
Officers later found 37-year-old Sierra Johnston hiding under a bed inside the house.
Police say 44-year-old April Cole refused to follow commands and resisted officers before being taken into custody.
During the search, officers found a small amount of suspected methamphetamine in a backpack belonging to Cole.
Additional drugs and drug paraphernalia were also found inside the home.
Cole, Irving, and Johnston were arrested on drug possession charges.
Turner was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Union County.
Lourance was arrested on a parole violation.
All were lodged in the Logan County Jail.
