The Logan County Engineer’s Office is beginning fog seal work on two county roads this week.
Work is scheduled from Monday through Thursday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting.
Crews will be working on:
- County Road 29, from County Road 5 to County Road 28.
- County Road 28, from the Champaign County line to State Route 287.
The work will be a moving operation, meaning different sections of the roads may be under construction at the same time.
One lane of traffic will remain open, but drivers should expect delays of several minutes or consider using an alternate route.
The Engineer’s Office also reminds drivers to use caution in the work zones, as there will be unmarked no-passing zones.
