Mary Rutan Hospital has been named to the Forbes Top Hospitals List for 2026.
The recognition places Mary Rutan among a select group of hospitals nationwide recognized for clinical outcomes, patient experience, and overall value.
The Forbes rankings reviewed more than 5,000 general acute care hospitals across the country using data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Hospitals were evaluated on survival rates, infection prevention, readmissions, patient satisfaction, and other quality measures.
“Being recognized by Forbes as one of the nation’s top hospitals is an incredible honor and a direct reflection of the dedication and compassion our team brings to work every day,” said Chad Ross, President and CEO of Mary Rutan Health. “Our mission has always been to provide exceptional care close to home. This recognition affirms that the quality of care our community receives meets the highest national standards, and I couldn’t be more proud of our team and the trust our patients place in us.”
Hospital officials said the ranking highlights performance in four key areas: outcomes, best practices, value, and patient experience.
Mary Rutan officials also noted that while many nationally ranked hospitals are located in larger cities, the recognition shows high-level care is available locally.
The hospital credited physicians, nurses, clinical staff, support staff, and volunteers for helping earn the national recognition.
