Grand Jury hands out March indictments

On Tuesday, the Logan County Grand Jury issued several indictments at the Logan County Courthouse, with individuals facing a variety of serious charges ranging from drug offenses to violent crimes.

Indicted were:

Martin Hassel

  • Pandering Sexually-Oriented Matter Involving a Minor or Impaired Person, a felony of the fourth degree (6 counts)
  • Illegal Use of a Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance, a felony of the fifth degree (6 counts)

Marvin Bridges

  • Identity Fraud, a felony of the fifth degree
  • Driving Under Suspension, an unclassified misdemeanor
  • Failure to Reinstate a License, an unclassified misdemeanor
  • Operating a Motor Vehicle or Agricultural Tractor Without Being in Control of It, a misdemeanor of the minor degree

Jessica Anderson

  • Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, a felony of the third-degree
  • Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the fifth-degree
  • Assault, a misdemeanor of the first-degree

Robert Adkins

  • Theft of Drugs, a felony of the fourth degree

James Mundy

  • Possession of Cocaine, a felony of the first-degree

Lynzy Manning

  • Burglary, a felony of the second-degree
  • Theft, a felony of the fifth-degree

  • Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a felony of the fifth degree

Jarrett Griggs

  • Improperly Handling Firearms In A Motor Vehicle, a felony of the fourth-degree
