The Logan County Grand Jury met this week and handed down the following indictments:

  • 3 counts, pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the second degree
  • 3 counts, pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the fourth degree
  • Sexual conduct with an animal, a misdemeanor of the second degree

Herbert R. Simon Jr.

  • Possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree
  • Illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree
