Saturday afternoon, Bellefontaine Police arrested Lacey Grow, 42, of Bellefontaine, after seeing her driving without a valid license on Sandusky Avenue.
Officers initiated a traffic stop after Grow quickly pulled into the old Family Video parking lot upon seeing the patrol car.
During the stop, police could smell burnt marijuana and questioned Grow, who admitted to recently smoking and having marijuana in the vehicle.
While initially saying she didn’t have anything illegal, Grow later admitted to having two pipes hidden in her bra.
One pipe was for marijuana, while the other was identified as a crack pipe, complete with a chore boy filter.
Grow was arrested for driving without a valid license—her record showing previous convictions in 2005 and 2007—and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was transported to the Logan County Jail and given a citation with a mandatory court date.
