Families are invited to celebrate the holiday season with a festive, family-friendly event this weekend during Holiday in the Hangar, set for Saturday, December 20, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the museum.
The free event is designed to bring the community together for an afternoon of seasonal fun in a welcoming atmosphere.
Guests can enjoy hot chocolate and cookies, take part in kids’ crafts, and experience the excitement of a special visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
Jessica Henry, Deputy Director of the Champaign Aviation Museum, says the event is a great opportunity for families to slow down during the busy holiday season and create lasting memories.
