Wednesday night, shortly before 9:00 PM, Nathaniel Humphrey, 34, of Marysville, was arrested for possession of drugs by officers from the Washington Township Police Department.
Officers were called to the area of State Route 366 and State Route 368, where a vehicle was reported to be stuck in a ditch.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the driver and determined she needed medical attention.
She was later transported to the hospital.
Humphrey was a passenger in the vehicle, and according to the report, he showed signs of drug use.
He consented to a search of his person, during which officers found 55 Xanax pills in his pocket, and admitted he did not have a prescription for the medication.
Humphrey was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Logan County Jail.
He has been charged with possession of drugs.
