Indian Lake High School has announced its January Seniors of the Month, Olivia Hurley and Riley Ross.
Olivia Hurley is the daughter of Matt and Billi Hurley of Belle Center.
School activities and awards: Varsity Soccer (Captain), Science Club, Key Club (Secretary), SADD, BPA, DECA (Funding Coordinator), NHS (Treasurer), Honor Roll
If I were principal for a day: I would let everyone have recess for the day.
Favorite school memory: My favorite memory is going to the state contest for BPA my junior year.
People who have been an inspiration to me include: I’m inspired by my parents and my past teachers including Mrs. Scheiderer and Mrs. Kirkpatrick.
Lately I’ve been reading: Verity by Colleen Hoover
My advice to parents: Encourage your kids to try new things and always support them in everything they do!
My biggest regret: I regret not doing more in my earlier years of high school.
Next year I will be: Attending Bowling Green State University and majoring in Early Childhood Education.
Riley Ross is the daughter of Chad and Jamie Ross of Huntsville.

If I were principal for a day: I would let the kids have a free day and do whatever they want.
Favorite school memory: My favorite memory is my Junior year when my team won the volleyball tournament before Thanksgiving break.

My advice to parents: Let kids try new things and have new experiences in high school.
My biggest regret: I regret not living in the moment more often.
Next year I will be: Attending Miami University, majoring in Marketing and co-majoring in Fashion Merchandising.
