While dealing with a separate incident Thursday afternoon, Bellefontaine Police saw Justin Impson, 40, at large, walking near the Community Market on North Main Street.
They knew that he had several warrants for his arrest.
Another officer caught up with Impson inside Community Market.
He was placed under arrest for failure to appear and searched.
Officers found a small bag of suspected Cocaine in his jean’s pocket and a small bag of suspected Methamphetamine in his wallet.
He was transported to the Logan County Jail where he was lodged on his warrants and charged with possession of Meth and Cocaine.
