The Indian Lake Area Chamber of Commerce honored outstanding businesses, individuals, and organizations during its annual Dinner Saturday night.

The evening included the presentation of the Community Partner of the Year, awarded to Civista Bank and presented by Chamber Board Member Rick Core.

The Travel & Tourism Ambassador of the Year award followed, with Joan Hinterschied receiving the honor from Sharon DeVault for her dedication to promoting the Indian Lake area.

The Chamber also highlighted efforts in community outreach.
Quest Federal Credit Union received the Community Involvement & Outreach of the Year award, presented by Rick Core, in recognition of its ongoing commitment to supporting local residents and community programs.

V-Teck Communications News Director April King presented the Emerging New Business of the Year award to Cobblestone Hotel, acknowledging the business’s impactful entrance and local investment.

The Volunteer of the Year award was presented by Jenny Ignarski to Suzy Mallory, honoring her time, leadership, and volunteer spirit throughout the community.

One of the night’s most anticipated honors, Citizen of the Year, was awarded to Suzanne Gillespie.
Past recipients Dale Frymyer, Rick Core, and Sharon DeVault assisted in presenting this prestigious award, recognizing Gillespie’s exceptional service and dedication to the Indian Lake community.
The event concluded with drawings and closing remarks delivered by President Amber Fagan.
The Indian Lake Area Chamber of Commerce expressed gratitude to all sponsors, attendees, and honorees for contributing to another successful year of community growth and collaboration.
