Thirty-one members of Indian Lake High School DECA competed at the Ohio DECA District 3 Fall Leadership Conference in Lima on Monday.
A standout moment came when Gary Hutton placed first in the Public Relations Competition, earning the opportunity to interview for the Ohio DECA Public Relations State Officer Board position in January, with results to be announced at the Ohio Career Development Conference in February.
All members are already looking forward to competing in January at the District Career Development Conference.
