The holiday season kicks off at Indian Lake with the annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony on Saturday, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The event will take place at the Sandy Beach Bridge on Main Street in Russells Point.
Hosted by the Indian Lake Area Historical Society, the festive evening promises a blend of music, holiday cheer, and a special visit from Santa Claus, who will make a grand entrance by boat.
Attendees can also enjoy traditional caroling as the community gathers to celebrate the season.
