Friday afternoon, shortly before 5:00 PM, officers from Washington Township were on patrol along US Route 33.
Near State Route 235, officers stopped Harley Henry, 40, of Lakeview, after discovering he was driving without a valid driver’s license.
During the stop, officers observed signs of possible drug use.
K9 Tega was called to the scene and, upon being deployed, she alerted to the presence of an illegal substance.
During a vehicle search, methamphetamine was found inside.
Henry was arrested, transported to the Logan County Jail, where he now faces charges of possession of drugs and driving under suspension.
