Early Friday morning, Sergeant Earl Wisener, Washington Township Police, received a phone call from his wife who said a man, later identified as Robert Kilgore, 46, of Russells Point, was on their front porch, heavily intoxicated.
She stated that he was wearing only a bathrobe, and wanted to speak with Sergeant Wisener.
At the time, Sergeant Wisener was at the Logan County Jail and advised his wife to call 911.
Sergeant Wisener, Officers from the Russells Point Police Department, and Deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to the home.
Upon arrival, Kilgore was observed to be heavily intoxicated and holding a large bottle of Vodka.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail where he was charged with disorderly conduct.
Wednesday, Kilgore was lodged in the Logan County Jail and charged with disorderly conduct for a separate incident.
