Last night, Lakeview kicked off its Paint LoCo Pink initiative in partnership with the Logan County Cancer Society. This month-long campaign aims to celebrate breast cancer survivors and raise awareness about the disease. Logan County Commissioner Mike Yoder spoke passionately about the resilience of those who have faced cancer, highlighting the community’s unwavering support for survivors.
West Liberty will host its own celebration today from 3 to 6 PM at Town Hall, culminating in a survivor’s walk at 6 PM.
Bellefontaine’s Paint LoCo Pink Celebration will take place on October 3rd at 6:30 PM at the Holland Theater. The event will feature inspiring words from local breast cancer survivor Melinda Knueve, who will share her journey and offer encouragement to those affected by the disease. Join us in honoring the resilience of survivors and fostering a spirit of hope throughout Logan County.
