Wednesday afternoon, Washington Township Police stopped Joshua Rorabough, 37, of Lakeview, on State Route 366 near State Route 368 after he was clocked traveling 45 mph in a 35 mph zone.
During the traffic stop, officers observed signs of possible drug use.
Rorabough consented to a search of his person and vehicle, which led to the discovery of Suboxone, a hypodermic needle, and a spoon.
Rorabough was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail.
He faces charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
