A man from Lakeview was arrested Monday night after a fight with a woman at his home.
Deputies were called to a house on Kiowa Path shortly before 10:00 PM.
A caller had reported that a man and woman were physically fighting in the yard.
When deputies arrived, they spoke with 64-year-old Gerald Hines, who said he and the woman got into an argument that got out of hand.
He said he told her to leave, but she wouldn’t, so he forced her off the property.
Deputies spoke with the woman, who said Hines grabbed her by the arms and threw her.
She had cuts on her arms and a small cut on her foot.
Medics checked on her, but she did not want to go to the hospital.
Hines was arrested for domestic violence and taken to the Logan County Jail.
Deputies say he had no prior domestic violence convictions.
