Applications are now being accepted for the Lutheran Community Services Christmas Basket Program.
The deadline to apply is noon on Friday, November 14.

Applicants should return completed forms to Our Daily Bread in Bellefontaine during the following times:
- Monday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. – noon
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – noon and 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
If any changes occur in the applicant’s information after submitting the form, it is the applicant’s responsibility to notify Lutheran Community Services at 937-592-9914.
