Tuesday afternoon, Bellefontaine Police responded to a 911 caller who saw a Honda Civic driving all over the road, going very slow, and turning into business.
When officers arrived at AutoZone, they saw the car in the parking lot and approached Chad Morehart, 39 of Lewistown.
They noticed a smell of alcoholic beverage coming from Moreheart and he showed serval signs of impairment.
Officers placed him under arrest and transported him to the Bellefontaine Police Department where he blew a BAC of 0.254, over 3 times the legal limit.
His license was suspended and he was released to a sober driver.
Morehart was charged with two counts of OVI.
