Year two is in the works, as this organization is carrying on the tradition of the former Winter Warm-Up, with a heartfelt mission to serve the community by providing free clothing, household items, and more to those in need.
This year, the group focuses on spreading love and support throughout Logan County by organizing its second annual clothing giveaway.
“We are excited to continue this important tradition of giving back to our neighbors,” said Billy Parson, a representative of the organization. “As a community, we have the power to lift each other up, and we’re here to make sure everyone in Logan County has what they need to stay warm and comfortable this winter, and year-round”
The organization, called From His Hands to Yours, is now accepting donations, including but not limited to:
- Clothing (coats, shirts, pants, etc.)
- Household Items (blankets, toys, shoes, etc.)
- Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
- Hygiene Items (soap, toothpaste, etc.)
Donations can be dropped off, at Hi-Point Free Will Baptist Church at 311 County Road 11 in Bellefontaine, or the organization offers pickup services for those in the Logan County and surrounding areas.
