Prom season is right around the corner, and several local high schools are preparing for one of the most anticipated events of the year.
Students across the area will be celebrating throughout April and early May, with multiple schools hosting their proms on different weekends.
Kicking things off on April 11 are Triad and the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center.
On April 18, Bellefontaine High School will hold its prom, followed by Mechanicsburg, Riverside, and Graham on April 25.
Urbana, Indian Lake, and Benjamin Logan are all scheduled for May 2, and West Liberty-Salem wraps up the season on May 8.
School officials also remind students and families to celebrate safely and responsibly during prom season.
