Judge Kevin P. Braig of the Logan County Court of Common Pleas sentenced Mark Dugan to two years in prison after he pleaded guilty to abduction a felony of the third degree.
Dugan is currently serving a 180-day sentence in the Logan County Jail after being convicted by a jury of assault and resisting arrest. He committed the abduction offense after the jury handed down his verdict and four days before his sentencing hearing that resulted in the jail term.
Alexander Chambers-Caetano was sentenced to two-to-three years in prison on a robbery conviction, a felony of the second degree, and Andrew Herford to three years on an attempted robbery conviction, a felony of the third degree. Herford was on post-release control after being released from prison. Judge Braig terminated his post-release control and imposed an additional 495 days as a judicial sanction.
Tanner Walls was also sentenced to two years in prison on a failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a felony of the third degree. Walls led law enforcement officials on a high-speed chase that put others at risk of serious physical harm. Judge Braig also suspended Walls’ driver’s license for five years with the suspension to commence upon Walls’ release from prison.
