The Logan County Grand Jury met earlier Wednesday and returned a series of indictments on felony and misdemeanor charges.

Donald Wilson

  • Voyeurism, a felony of the fifth degree
  • (11 counts) Pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the third degree
  • (10 counts) Pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the third degree
  • (10 counts) Pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the second degree
  • (10 counts) Pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, a felony of the second degree
  • (10 counts) Illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a felony of the fourth degree
