The Logan County Grand Jury met earlier this week and returned a series of indictments on felony and misdemeanor charges.
Among those indicted:
- Craig C. Combs was indicted for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
- Chase M. Whiting faces multiple charges, including trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence, illegal manufacture of drugs, and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Several specifications were also filed for forfeiture of property, vehicles, and money connected to the case.
- De’Andre L. Tucker was indicted for possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence, and illegal manufacture of drugs.
- Jean A. Durst faces a fourth-degree felony charge of grand theft.
- Alec W. Berry was indicted for sexual battery, a second-degree felony, and rape, a first-degree felony.
- Charles A. Magouirk faces multiple first-degree felony rape charges, as well as gross sexual imposition, kidnapping, and a third-degree misdemeanor sexual imposition charge.
- Cody A. Maynard was indicted for aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and misdemeanor domestic violence.
- Robert W. Bobbitt Jr. faces aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
- Kelli A. Mitchell was indicted for grand theft, a fourth-degree felony.
- Devin A. Walborn faces a fourth-degree felony for failure to provide notice of change of address.
- Eric L. Hatfield was indicted on two second-degree felonies for failure to provide notice of change of address and failure to verify his address.
All of these cases now move forward in the court system.
