Logan County residents have an opportunity to safely dispose of household hazardous waste and other hard-to-recycle items during the CHARM event this Saturday from 9:00 AM to Noon at 1100 South Detroit Street in Bellefontaine.
The CHARM program, which stands for Center for Hard-to-Recycle Materials, is organized by the Logan County Solid Waste District.
