Several Logan County officials have been elected to leadership positions within statewide professional associations, reflecting the county’s active role in shaping policy and best practices across Ohio.

Logan County Engineer Scott Coleman was elected President of the County Engineers Association of Ohio (CEAO) in 2025 and will now serve as the organization’s Immediate Past President.
The CEAO works to unify its members in providing the highest quality transportation, drainage, surveying, and land record-keeping services throughout the state.

Logan County Recorder Pat Myers was recently elected Treasurer of the Ohio Recorders’ Association (ORA), a statewide membership organization representing all Ohio county recorders.
The ORA aids county recorders as they execute their responsibility of meticulously filing, recording, and indexing every document received. Myers previously served as ORA Secretary in 2025.

Logan County Commissioner Joe Antram has also begun his term as Treasurer of the County Commissioners Association of Ohio (CCAO) for 2026, after completing his term as Secretary in 2025.
“It is a privilege to serve as Treasurer of the CCAO as it plays a vital role supporting county government across the state. I look forward to working with my colleagues to strengthen Ohio’s counties and ensure that we continue delivering essential services efficiently and effectively,” Antram said.
CCAO Executive Director Cheryl Subler praised Antram’s leadership and dedication to county government.
“Commissioner Antram brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every challenge,” Subler said. “His commitment to county service and dedication to strengthening county operations continue to be tremendous assets to our association and to Ohio’s 88 counties.”
