Motorists traveling through Logan County should prepare for several ongoing and upcoming construction projects expected to impact travel beginning the week of April 21.
All work is weather permitting.

New Traffic Impact
State Route 47 Bridge Work and Closure
Starting Monday, April 21, State Route 47 will be closed between County Road 35 and Township Road 21A for approximately 45 days. Crews will be working to repair the concrete bridge deck as part of a larger infrastructure upgrade. The road is expected to reopen by May 2025.
Detour: North State Route 235 to West State Route 274 to Main Street/State Route 65
Continuing Projects
State Route 273 Lane Closure
Lane restrictions continue on State Route 273 between Oakridge Drive and Shady Lane. The road is reduced to one lane with traffic managed by a temporary signal. The closure began March 24 and will remain in place through Friday, July 18, as crews complete bridge replacement work.
U.S. 33 Lane Restrictions
Lane restrictions are in effect along U.S. 33 between State Route 540 and State Route 117 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. One lane in each direction will remain open at all times. The project, which includes road resurfacing, is expected to continue through July 2025.
