The Logan County Engineer’s Office has announced that The Shelly Company will begin resurfacing several county roads this week, weather permitting.
Work will take place from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. each day, with roads open to emergency vehicles and local traffic only (no through traffic).
Drivers should use caution in the construction zones as there will be unmarked no-passing areas and drop-offs along the road.
Butt joints will be cut at intersections and bridges before paving, creating bumps in the road.
Drivers are advised to slow down to 15 miles per hour or less when approaching these areas.
